As a Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be the technical expert and leader in field service operations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, providing technical expertise and support to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical expertise and support for field service operations Lead and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsYOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in project management and execution Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationshipsWE VALUE Desired Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc.ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
