Own complex negotiations with 3rd party international and fortune 500 companies and execute sales agreements for low CI Hydrogen
Manage relationships with senior management of various potential customers of low CI Hydrogen
Steer and develop a group of advisors supporting the various deals in the group
Lead development and recommendations on various market analysis in the low CI Hydrogen space to allow for effective decision making
Provide recommendations, obtain alignment, and provide regular updates to ExxonMobil senior management on sales progress and on market conditions
What you will do
Spearhead opportunity development and marketing with external customers for low CI Hydrogen
Conduct negotiations of commercial agreements between ExxonMobil and potential customers of low CI Hydrogen
Own and oversee data analysis, market intelligence and monitoring
Provide industry and market analysis related to trends, key drivers, business impacts
Develop and maintain the long-term demand forecasts
Monitor key industry reports for capacity addition announcements
Lead the development of customer/prospect, product, and competitor analyses to support business needs, leveraging broader Low Carbon Solutions organization, including Commercial and Business Development teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and optimize marketing strategies
Develop and manage a group of advisors
About YouSkills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business disciplines
10+ years of combined experience in technical and business development roles
Previous experience leading teams
Prior experience in guiding complex negotiations
Oil & Gas or Low Carbon / Energy Transition experience
Commercial negotiation, marketing, or business development experience
Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills
Ability to effectively influence others without authority.
Demonstrated experience in large international organization.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
Energy industry experience, research and market analysis related to commercial and energy transition activities.
Ability to effectively manage interpersonal relationships across multiple functions and in a diverse work group.
Exhibit deep curiosity, demonstrating strategic thinking to drive long term growth.
