Duration – 6+ Months Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Software development (applications for edge & cloud) – Highly Desirable
Consulting – Client facing experience - Mandatory
Architecture and Build of Cloud –Exposure to Multi cloud – Highly Desirable
Solution Architecture (lead and develop) – Applications, Network, Security, Cloud and Infrastructure - Mandatory
O&G Domain knowledge – Highly Desirable

The candidate will primarily work and solution with a wide array of clients and partners, from well-established O&G giants to innovative startups. Exposure to write whitepapers, deliver technical webinars, speak at events and file patents for what will potentially be a future Agora product and/or feature.You will work and lead, directly or indirectly senior engineers and developers, for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years hands-on experience designing and building industrial/enterprise IoT solutions
3+ years of industry experience focused on Linux kernel on x86 or ARM platform
5+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably interfacing with senior technical roles at large companies on consulting and building business requirements’
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with solution/recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or related field preferred
Technical document writing experience using Visio, Word, Excel, and / or PowerPoint and Power BI is mandatory
Strong Programming skills and demonstrated background in app development on Cloud and Edge
Solution architecting for: Applications and overall E2E (hardware, software and cloud)
Basic understanding of SLB Domains and business is a must

Desired and/or Mandatory Qualifications

Experience in firmware development is a plus
Experience in developing automated test suite is a plus
Experience in one or more specific IoT / M2M industry (i.e. business automation, health, asset tracking, smart utilities, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with cloud and web services technologies (esp. JSON, REST, XML, MQTT, pub/sub, etc.).
Skilled in at least one of the scripting languages such as bash, python, perl is a plus
Proficiency in at least one of the programming languages such as C, C, Java, Node.js and GO is a plus
Solid experiences on debugging and troubleshooting for platforms (such as Linux, Android or embedded system OS) is a plus
