CUSTOMER SERVICE/DISPATCH

Plumbing company seeking an experienced professional for an office environment that is familiar with the plumbing/AC/ electrical/roofing industry.

This job requires you to make and receive outbound calls simultaneously. As well as monitoring emails and answering technician calls. FAST-PACED AND REQUIRES EXPERT MULTITASKING ON COMPUTER PROGRAMS.

AVAILABILITY NEEDED FOR:

8AM - 5PM Tue - Sat

Being bilingual is a plus!

Pay Starts $19/HR

- At least one year of experience

-Basic Computer Knowledge

- Experience with scheduling daily routes

- Must be comfortable using Google Docs and Google Sheets

- Reliable Transportation
