Mobile Temporary Services is assisting FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to assist in natural disaster solutions at their locations.

Pay: $18/hr.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 am - 7 pm
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls.
Tend to customers either in-person or over the phone to provide information on disaster relief programs.
Keep record of daily activity.
Provide the status of FEMA applications.
Assist customers in understanding any letters that may come from FEMA.
Locate housing and rental assistance for customers.
Get referrals to agencies that may offer other assistance.
Provide information about Small Business Administration (SBA) programs.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office.
Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
Bilingual in any language is strongly preferred but not required.
Must be attentive to detail.
Previous experience in customer service/call center is required.
Previous experience assisting in disaster relief is strongly preferred.
Must live within a 75-mile radius of any Disaster Relief Center (DCR) since the positions are in-person only.
Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
Must have a clean background check.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
