• Enterprise Mac support experience.
• Extensive JAMF Pro experience including Jamf Admin, Composer and other Jamf applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the MacOS file system.

• 6-12 years' experience in IT.
• Day-to-day production support of the Jamf Pro environment supporting multiple IT business units.
• Extensive experience on macOS and iOS devices.
• Have hands & depth experience with JAMF & macOS.
