Is that you?Work location: Texas Health Alliance 10864 Texas Health Trail TX 76244Work hours: PRN (As Needed) Rotating PRN position, evenings, weekends, holidaysPharmacy Department highlights:· Team based environment· Workplace culture 2 nd to none· Great benefits/ 401k / PTO· We operate on lean principles and rely heavily on a team atmosphere and individual performance· Highly engaged Pharmacy managementHere’s What You NeedEducation· Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy required or· Other Pharm.D. required and· Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency requiredExperience· 2 years hospital experience or residency preferredLicenses and Certifications· PHAR - Pharmacist upon hire requiredWhat You Will Do· Communicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork.· Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities.· Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care.· Ensuring the accuracy of one's own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation.
