The OpportunityAs part of the FS Enabling Technologies team you manage system implementation and/or upgrade projects related to Duck Creek Policy. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success and maintaining rigorous standards, while leveraging team strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.Responsibilities

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek Policy

AICPCU Certifications - Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Underwriting (AU), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Business Analyst (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)

Demonstrating broad abilities in managing system implementation and/or upgrade projects

Broad knowledge in Duck Creek Policy and related tools

Proven track record in property and casualty insurance

Building collaborative relationships with clients

Developing an awareness of Firm services

Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner

Providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff
