Receives and review EDI information, cross references with is requested

Deep dive into all error, review fix & reimport

Work with IT to avoid incorrect imports

Enter all orders accurately and timely, handling the appropriate portion of the department

workload.

Maintain all customer account data located within the ERP and CRM system.
