Copy, faxing, and filing for many departments

Maintain office facilities

Route calls to the appropriate parties

Data entry Requirements - Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

Complete tasks independently

Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired

Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

Eagerness to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

Comprehensive knowledge of back office support

Administrative Office experience preferred

Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately
