Seeking a maintenance crew for a property in El Paso, TX

We are expanding our Property Preservation operations in El Paso, TX, and are looking for an individual or crew that can work on properties under management. We are looking for people that can follow our process and have their own tools/equipment. Experience is great, but we will train the right people. Work includes, but isn’t limited to the following:

1. Lock Change

2. Landscaping

3. Debris Removal

4. Janitorial

5. Winterization

6. Bid Work

All work will require use of a smartphone to take photos, to verify completion of work. We will provide training material to show what specific photos are required for each job. To start, we will pay the same week that you provide sufficient photos, showing work was properly completed.
