Builder who has experience doing affordable housing

Need a builder who can build 800 square feet -1450 square feet affordable single family homes. Must have own interim. No spec build houses. Families approved for their permanent financing. Builder needs to build FHA specs, with 2/10 warranty. Only use 4 floorplans with 2 elevations per floorplan. Need to be able to build 4- 5 homes at the same time. Looking for a builder who can build 20 homes in Henderson county in Cherokee Shores, Siesta Shores, Log Cabin, and Maybank, Texas.
