Low Voltage Technician

Hours: 8-hour shifts 5+ days a week

Review blueprints and building code specifications to determine work details and procedure

Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order

Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment (Low Voltage especially)

Perform cabling & camera installation

Perform Access Control Hardware, Connections, & wire management for Doors, Site sensors, and other access monitoring needs.

Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Codes

Qualifications & Experience:

Must be able to Install, terminate, connect, & troubleshoot Access Controls & Equipment

Current/active lift certification

Current TRLR

OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed)

Ability to efficiently bend pipe, pull wire

Ability to work at heights,

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Open to day shift

Prior experience using small equipment is a plus

Position may require a drug screen & or Background based on client site requirements
