- Competent to run the administration
- Salesforce implementation specialist
- Snr Administrators
- Hands on configuration experience
- Senior BA with admin experience they will also look at as well
- Implementation consultant good candidates too
- More than 200 users from administration even 1000
- Administrator Cert and Administrator advanced cert preference but at least one
- Chicago or Dallas is the preference some flex
- Oklahoma would be good
- They would be remote in those locations but they expect 3 days in the office POST COVID
- Flex to work from home still there
- Current team of 10 administrators
- 2-3 direct peers
- Sales and ServiceCloud or Vlocity would be great
