Full time position for an experienced Auto technician

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Flag based pay ($22- $25 per hour)

Must have own tools

Must have exceptional knowledge of paint and body repair.

Must be detail-oriented.

Must have the ability to effectively manage material resources and keep track of an inventory of supplies.

Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions.

Determine specific parts or pieces of vehicle needing repair or replacement.

Review damage reports.

Plan work necessary.

Remove damaged body parts.

Realign car frame and chassis to repair structural damage.

Hammer out or patch dents, dimples, and other minor body damage.

Fit, attach, and weld replacement parts into place.

Grind, sand, buff, and prime refurbished and repaired surfaces.

Mobility requirements include frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pulling, crawling, climbing, and repetitive motions such as hammering.

Able to stand for long periods of time

Time is spent inside and outside of vehicles.

Auto Body Repair experience required

Welding experience preferred

Technical training or school preferred
