We’re expanding in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and seeking Benefits Consultants and individuals with relationships with local business owners to introduce employers to a no-net-cost, tax-advantaged employee benefits strategy powered by SIMERP.

Our SIMERP consulting team handles all presentations, technical details, and implementation. Your role is to leverage your relationships and set up quality meetings.

Your Role

Tap into your DFW business-owner network (manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, construction, logistics, etc.)

Identify employers with 10 or more full-time W-2 employees

Schedule qualified Zoom or in-person meetings between the business owner and our team

Maintain the relationship and stay copied on key communications as the connector

No insurance license is required for this role, and you will not be responsible for the formal sale or plan design.

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity with residual income.

You get paid per employee that enrolls from employers you refer

Income continues as long as those employees remain in the program

No cap on your earning potential

Compensation structure and payment timelines will be explained in a short introductory call.
