Roofing / Remodeling Sales & Manager

I need a self-motivated individual (or up to 3), preferably with experience spotting roof damage and/or remodel needs. Experience dealing with insurance adjustors is a plus, but not necessary. If you are a team builder, or can recruit, that is a BONUS! And will earn a BONUS FOR YOU!

THIS POSITION STARTS AS COMMISSION ONLY, but a small hourly draw may be available for the right person. I am looking for the right person to become a Field Manager.

This position will require approximately 26 hours per week (Monday through Thursday evenings, plus midday Saturdays), and your own reliable transportation. A ladder may be necessary for some jobs.

As a Field Manager you will be able to spot roof damage, from hail, wind, or storms. You will be able to communicate with the homeowner the process of making an insurance claim, and completing a Contingency Agreement. You will also train your team to spot damage and turn the lead over to you to complete. With experience you will help us oversee the work being done on site and help manage the claim process.
