COLLECTION AGENTS / CALL CENTER

This is NOT a work from home position

Seeking multiple full time agents for our growing collection agency! No previous experience required. We provide on site training with a motivating and upbeat atmosphere! Paid hourly AND hiring immediately. SUBMIT YOUR RESUME TODAY to be contacted for an in person interview.

HOURS:

Monday thru Friday 9AM - 4PM (30 MIN LUCH)

COMPENSATION:

$15 per hour with potential increase after 30 days

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Collecting on delinquent accounts

Handling consumer complaints, concerns and questions

Providing customer service to all consumers

Navigating between company systems and softwares

Maintain / monitor accounts assigned to you

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong verbal communication skills

Willing to learn and progress in a new industry

Able to multitask in a fast paced environment

Ability to work in a team environment

Works well under pressure
