Sales Manager

PAY SCALE: Base plus Commission

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Be able to build rapport

-Contact Residential/Commercial customers

-Generate and pursue leads aggressively

-Complete customer contracts

-Provide product information

-Facilitate ongoing general support as needed

ABOUT US:

Our primary focus is upscale residential areas. We specialize in roofing and storm damage

restoration. Due to recent storms in the area our business is booming. Our salespeople discuss, provide proof, and create affordable replacement roof solutions for each unique customer. We have been a market leader for the past 50 years and are growing each year.

REQUIREMENTS:

-A dependable vehicle, preferably a truck to carry your ladder and supplies.

-A valid driver's license, and SMARTPHONE are required.

-Sales and construction knowledge is preferred

-Previous roofing sales experience is a plus…BUT NOT REQUIRED.

-Strong communication/organizational skills

-The understanding that you will need to physically inspect roofs.

-Must be self-motivated, having the ability to problem solve and offer the best in customer service

Salary: Base Salary $24,000.00

Compensation package: Base and Commission

Monday to Friday
