Body guard/project manager/private assistant to CEO

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to be a security and private assistant to CEO with daily field operations, site visits, traveling, meetings and other activities. This role requires someone who is comfortable on construction sites, and in active job environments — while also providing a professional presence and personal security during travel and site work.

Responsibilities

Accompany Project Manager to active job sites, client meetings, traveling, and inspections

Assist with photos, measurements, and documentation during site visits

Provide a protective presence in public and private settings (bodyguard-style awareness)

Many days travel, holidays, night shifts, driving, and logistics between job sites and clients

Help ensure safe access, parking, and movement around high-risk or active areas

Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and field crews

Handle materials, safety equipment, and assist in preparing reports or notes

Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding clients, projects, and personnel

Requirements

Physically fit and able to climb, lift, and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Comfortable with heights and roof access

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong situational awareness and professional demeanor

Basic understanding of construction or environmental abatement preferred

Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Background in security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
