Bilingual Recruiter

We are looking to add a team member to our company.

Bilingual Recruiter - $17.00 + DOE

Willing to training if there is minor experience in recruiting. Prefer that there is staffing background in your work history.

Business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

We have two locations, Dallas and Arlington.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be recruiting for companies all over the DFW area in the light industrial sector including manufacturing, distribution and logistics. You will be expected to provide full cycle recruiting for many industrial companies, working closely with our onsite teams and with other branches. We staff for temporary contract jobs, technical jobs and direct hire professional jobs. We are looking for someone who has a working knowledge of all light industrial positions. We want trusting, passionate people to join our team and grow with us. Avionte Bold experience is a must.

Schedule:

Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8-5

1 hour lunch breaks

Some overtime during busy seasons.

Some commuting required to the clients in your region for various reasons, mileage is reimbursed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent pre-hire customer service to our jobseekers by helping them to complete their applications, drug screens, background checks and informing them of all job openings that match their experience.

Full-Cycle Recruiting

Proficient in using social media and job boards to source candidates

Complete onboarding of all employees including verbal and written orientation for starting their new job

Provide employee follow-up after they are hired

Participate in job fairs and hiring events

Cold calling and marketing candidates within our system to generate leads

Experience

You must have excellent customer service and employee engagement skills

You will need at least 3-6 months experience recruiting

Experience working with manufacturing or distribution preferred

You will need to be fluent in English and Spanish

Experience with Avionte Bold preferred

Must have Microsoft Office experience.
