We are looking for an individual who is EXPERIENCED customer service & related tasks who is a quick learner and pays close attention to detail. Will train.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Service, Customer Issues Resolutions, Product Support, Order Processing, Data Entry and Other Office Related

Must live in the area (0-15 miles)

Computer literate

Proper phone etiquette and people skills

Two years experience in related field

Bilingual is plus but not mandatory

Knowledge of Quick Books a plus, but not mandatory
