Forklift Driver/Warehouse Associate

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday (8AM-5PM)

Overview:

Our partner is searching for a reliable Forklift Driver/Warehouse Associate in Grapevine, TX. In this role, you will play a key part in the daily operations, Duties to include order picking, shipping/receiving, and other various general warehouse duties. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You must have recent forklift experience and be comfortable with inventory tasks. Flexibility is required – while your primary responsibility will be operating forklifts and managing warehouse tasks, you will occasionally serve as a delivery driver using the company box truck to make runs across the DFW metroplex.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials.

Organize and stage products for efficient storage and retrieval.

Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all OSHA safety standards.

Pick customer orders with accuracy, ensuring correct product, quantity, and condition.

Pack, label, and stage outbound shipments for delivery.

Shipping & Receiving

Delivery Driving (as needed)

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse environment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no accidents, DUI, reckless driving, or major violations).

Clean background: no history of theft, violence, or offenses involving harm to others.

Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and stand, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.

Knowledge of warehouse processes: shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory.

Experience driving a box truck (non-CDL) preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
