Plater w/Experience - Finishing Shop

Job Title: Plater

Location: Garland, Texas 75042

Job Duties:

Work in an electroplating shop

Manually moving metal parts from tank to tank to put the finishes on them

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Parts are hung from wire on hooks or placed in metal racks to be finished

Ability to follow the electroplating processes defined

Work with a racking packing team to maximize production efficiency

Training will be provided on the finishing processes

Maintain clean production area

Other duties as assigned by the manager or team leader

Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined would be a plus

Bilingual- Spanish/English a plus

Position Type:

Production worker

Full time employee

Working hours would be 5:00am-1:30pm Mon-Fri

Periodic overtime on Saturdays

Starting Salary:

$18-22/hr depending on experience and reevaluated after a 3 month trial period

Receive holiday pay after 3 months

Start earning 1 week of vacation per year after 9 months of employment
