The Colony Skilled Carpenters/Punch Out needed

We are looking for Skilled Carpenters for new construction in The Colony. You will be helping frame, build, and do punch work. Must have the ability to read a punch list and know how to do finish work. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! Bilingual preferred but not necessary. We are looking for someone to start immediately. This is a full time role.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS (Drill, Circular Saw, Level, Square, Tape measure, Putty knives, Hammer, etc.)

Pay= $18.00-$22.00hr (1.5 X Overtime)

Job duties will consist of:

- Light carpentry

- Drywall (float, tape, texture)

- Trim

- Cabinets

- Appliance install

- Touch Up Painting

-Also metal and wood framing

MUST HAVE TOOLS!

Job Requirements:

- Proof of eligibility to work in United States

- Two forms of valid ID
