Crew Lead Needed

In need of team leader/ supervisor for field crew.

Crew Duties include:

Block work

Masonry

Tile installation

Cleaning job sites

Grade work

Digging for trees and bushes

Irrigation repairs

Drainage installation

Planting trees and bushes

Weed fabric installation

River rock installation

Supervisor Duties:

Manage schedule for field crew

Work with crew to meet deadlines

Ensure job site is kept cleaned

Ensure project stays on schedule

Material management

Time management

Manage crew in field

Applicants must be detail oriented, know how to lead, take initiative, reliable transportation and be hard working. This position will grow into a multi project superintendent.

Benefits:

Up to $35/hr

Paid rain days
