We are seeing a huge growth of foreclosures in the Dallas metro area. Currently we have several properties to service, immediately. We can assign one (1) property or all five (5) depending on the experience level. This is both a short term and long term opportunity. Here is what we need immediately.

- Securing (Knob, Deadbolt, and Lockbox)

- Winterization

- Initial Grass Cut

- Exterior Debris Removal

- Bid on Exterior Work (Tree Trim, Safety Issues, Shrub Trim, Exterior Repairs)

- Recurring work on the property

We've been in business 13 years, and can work with you directly on bids, to maximize your profits. We will pay upon completion of work, for the first 60 days. After that it will be 30 day terms. We want to establish ourselves with new vendors.

Requirements

- Property Preservation, or similiar, experience.

- GL Insurance or ability to obtain within 60 days.

- Smartphone to take photos.

- Tools and reliable transportation.
