We are hiring multiple positions for our brand-new café & existing catering company inside of a professional office building.

Location

Addison (Beltline & Tollway)

Compensation

$13-$15/hr (based on experience)

Hours

Monday-Friday, 7:30-3:30

OFF SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS

Additional hours are available for catered events at $20-$25/hour

CLOSED ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS

Schedules can be flexible

Job Description

We are looking for a sandwich and salad prep staff who can:

Follow recipes and prepare sandwiches, salads, paninis & wraps to order

Pay careful attention to details to ensure the highest quality product reaches our customers.

Clean and sanitize prep areas, dishes, and assist as required to keep a busy kitchen running

Prepare foods consistently based on a set menu

Maintain workspace restocking area as needed

Maintain a par list of ingredients and prepared items

Operate a meat slicer

Execute opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

Kitchen experience is required

Must have reliable transportation or bus pass (we are located at a DART stop)

Stand for long periods of time

Comprehend English on printed tickets

Lift up to 40 lbs
