Job title: Line cooks & Food preparation cooks

Resume preferred - schedule an interview - Chef on the site daily after 4 pm

Set up and clean the station according to restaurant protocol

Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves

Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards

Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products

Perform additional tasks as an assigned line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef

Keep walk-inn and walk-and-dry storage room organized

Pantry cook - 2 years' experience in commercial kitchens

High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred

Schedule 3 pm- 10 -11 pm full-time, 36 to 42 hours weekly

Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and knife handling skills

Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail

Ability to read and follow cooking directions

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Must be organized and self-motivated
