We are looking for a mechanically inclined "Technical Pilot" who is accountable, curious about how equipment functions, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.What You’ll DoPerformance & Accuracy: Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.Technical Ownership: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes.Data & Quality: Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail.Safety & Collaboration: Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health.Who You AreResilient & Adaptable: You maintain focus during high-pressure shifts and can pivot when production priorities change.Detail-Oriented: You have a strong eye for quality and can monitor close tolerances to ensure every product meets specifications.Team-First: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker for the good of the department.
