Senior Solution Engineer – Full-Stack & AI Automation

AECOM is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to be based in Dallas or Houston, Texas. As a Senior Solution Engineer – Full-Stack & AI Automation, you will build production-grade automation and AI-enabled workflows. You will develop APIs, orchestration logic, connectors, and user-facing integration layers. You will deploy solutions using CI/CD, ensure observability and logging are in place, and create reusable assets to accelerate future delivery. This role blends software engineering, automation execution, and AI capability integration.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild automation and AI workflow components including APIs, microservices, and connectors.Integrate AI inference services, vector stores, prompt execution logic, or event-driven triggers.Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines and environment-as-code approaches.Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting for production deployments.Develop reusable code modules and shared assets for future solutions.
