This role will communicate and collaborate with all members of the health care team. Valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion is a key strategy of teamwork at Texas HealthLOCATION : Texas Health Dallas is located at 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231SCHEDULE : Full Time: 4-10 hr rotating shifts (0600-1630 and 0830-1900). No weekends or holidaysDepartment highlights:· Participate in unit Involvement to improve efficiency· Great team environment with the ability to cross train to other CV areas.· High paced procedure areaQUALIFICATIONS:· Associate degree in Nursing required.· BSN preferred.· Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required· 1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse (RN) or completion of an RN residency program Required; One (1) or more years’ experience in an Acute Care setting with Critical Care experience strongly preferred· Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire.· RN must practice within the regulations of the Texas Nurse Practice Act, serve as a role model, intra/interdisciplinary collaborator and coordinator for quality patient care· Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required· ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days RequiredEntity HighlightsFor more than a half-century, Texas Health Dallas has been at the forefront of health care in North Texas.
