High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

1 year of clerical/administrative experience with no degree required or

No experience required with relevant Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Human Resources or relevant field) required

Strong attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills

High level of confidentiality needed

Computer experience essential

What You Will Do

Serve as entry point for department

Assess customer needs and direct them to the appropriate individual

File documents in personnel files and cross-index documents as required

Work on CNA renewal documents and verify licensure.

Provide information to the legal department and risk management on active and termed employees

As directed, locate, retrieves, copies and releases documentation from personnel files in response to subpoenas and other required requests by law
