Join our team and bring your bold ideas, supporting and transforming our business across areas like marketing, finance and more.In the Role as a Lead Market Research & Analysis Manager, you will collect, research and analyze data to identify market trends and make recommendations for the development of new products or services.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Manages a number of investigative studies to assess the organization’s present and future position regarding the effectiveness of current marketing/sales programs, new product introductions, and competitive opportunity.Analyzes internal metrics in conjunction with survey data to drive greater customer satisfaction.Helps integrate internal data with customer information to provide high level insights.Provides research findings and works with marketing management to facilitate development of effective marketing and customer support programs for business services.Provides consultation to all levels of marketing on the identification of marketing opportunities, and aids in the assessment of departmental opportunities for improvements in marketing information.May provide guidance and oversight of work to less experienced contributors. Considered an expert within the discipline.Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of research experience in similar area of responsibility. Experience with B2B research and some database management skills are both plusses.Supervisory: NoOur Lead Market Research & Analysis Managers earn between $130,700 & $196,100 of TSR.
