Will be exposed to projects across multiple business verticals: Financial, Government, Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.

Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications

Write clean, efficient, and testable Java code

Implement front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Design and build Microservices using Spring Boot

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Integrate software components and third-party applications

Debug applications to identify and fix software bugs

Create database schemas to support business requirements

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.Our operate services within CTO include:

Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement

Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Java Full Stack Developer with a history of working on large and complex applications with high business and customer impact

5+ years working experience leading client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

5+ years working experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.

5+ years working experience with front-end languages, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

5+ years working with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, etc.

5+ years working experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL

2+ years working experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum

5+ years working experience in building Microservices using Spring Boot

2+ years working experience with version control systems, preferably Git

5+ years working experience writing high quality code and reviewing the work of your peers

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Must be able to start on or before 9/16/2024
