R365 Systems Business Analyst

Description Our client is seeking a Restaurant 365 Systems Business Analyst for a contract opportunity in Dallas. This role is crucial in our ongoing accounting system transition and the subsequent onboarding of our expanding client roster. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process of Restaurant 365, resolving existing issues, and ensuring the smooth integration of financial transactions into the new software.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation process of Restaurant 365. Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers to understand and fix existing implementation issues. Facilitate the onboarding of multiple clients into the Restaurant 365 system, ensuring smooth integration of their financial transactions into the new software. Collaborate with our financial team to ensure accurate capture and categorization of bank transactions and daily sales closures in the system. Troubleshoot and resolve reconciliation issues, ensuring all transactions are correctly fed into the appropriate buckets. Oversee financial systems as they go live, ensuring system efficiency and performance. Help eliminate data entry and manual reconciliation processes by automating through Restaurant 365 software functionalities.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field Proficient understanding of restaurant operations and the restaurant industry Experience in system implementation and integration Experience in Restaurant 365 is a MUST Knowledge in client implementations and data mapping Familiarity with income franchise and bank reconciliations Experience in system integration is a must Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
