Lead the business case formulation for each site
Gather information from the client to determine their challenges and priorities
Recommend key system elements that would be beneficial to site-level business
Analyze technological requirements, evaluate the solutions, and utilize the best system, method required for the given business requirements
Identify program level risks and mitigation actions
Skills Required:
Experience of metal or related industry like production / quality/ order management / materials management/ warehouse management etc
Expertise in Requirement gathering and functional design for MES projects / major manufacturing IT projects for metals industry.
Experience of creating business flow diagrams
AS-IS Study and TO-BE Functional blueprinting using MES standards
Experience in any MES product / MES commercial of the shelf products for metals industry
Understanding of ISA-95 guidelines
Experience of performing gap-fit analysis with the MES products
Conducting workshops for requirement gathering review and requirement validation
Functional experience in Manufacturing IT Solutions
Should have adequate functional understanding of MOM such as Planning/scheduling, Track and trace , Material management, OEE, Quality Management, Supply chain etc.
Candidate with Experience on PSI metals modules would be given preference
