This new role on the team will lead efforts to integrate the IFP member experience across CVS assets including MinuteClinic, Signify Health and Oak Street. In addition, you will partner with the IFP product and PMO teams to bring new innovative value offerings to life for our members. You will explore and size opportunities, develop strategies and lead initiatives to support a best-in-class member experience. Collaborate across marketing teams and other functions to identify unique integration opportunities. Institute a creative mindset across the team bringing new ideas to the table and support integration into member marketing plans.

Lead the development of strategic recommendations and programs/campaigns to drive results in targeted markets, businesses, or consumer segments.

Lead cross-functional efforts to drive increased member engagement and loyalty. Deliver targeted, multi-channel campaigns with support of creative agency

Lead marketing launch of select new, innovative products and integration into member outreach plan

Lead partner marketing efforts on behalf of the member communications team

Deliver marketing optimizations and results of newly implemented programs

Provide support and recommendations for future market disruptors and opportunities to create value for our members

Required Qualifications7+ years experience in marketing or related fieldAbility to work onsite 3 days a week in one of our hub locationsExperience integrating into existing business areas to develop respected partnerships Preferred QualificationsPartner marketing experience a plusExperience with bringing new ideas to the forefront and bringing to lifeExperience working in highly regulated industry a plus/ Healthcare marketing experience a plus Excellent attention to detail.Proven ability to work in fast paced environmentEducation Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$79,200.00 - $174,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
