About the RoleThe Uber Health Team is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and hands-on leader to further the growth of Uber Health! The Manager, Account Management is a player-coach that will play an integral role within a cross-functional business unit, completing the vision and strategy for Uber Health. You will be leading a pod within the greater account management team as well as own your own portfolio of strategic accounts. In this role will be responsible for growing revenue within their book of business and thriving as a leader in a fast-paced technology company.What You'll Do

Oversee team of Implementations Leads and Engagement Specialists

Manage and lead implementations and project governance for large, sophisticated clients ensuring a clear understanding of client's key metrics prior to launch, determining clear quantifiable expectations for the customer once fully implemented

Work across functions to continually seek new solutions for team efficiency and customer challenges

Passionately prioritize the service needs of our customers and growth goals

Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution

Serve as an escalation point for problem resolution, custom solutions, and implementation timeline adherence

Mentor and coach Implementations Leads and Engagement Specialists in their professional growth

Analyze customer data to create and execute engagement strategies within your customer portfolio

Be accountable to revenue growth targets with key strategic accounts

Develop meaningful partnerships by proactively understanding client needs, including their strategic priorities

Drive forward the future vision of Uber Health with our product team and help sell that vision to our customers

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of experience in implementation, account management, client services, client success, project management or similar roles in the healthcare space

2+ years of people management experience; Consistent track record of mentoring, guiding and leading a team

Experience working within the U.S. healthcare industry with a firm understanding of payers, providers, healthcare trends, and regulatory requirements

Problem solver who can adapt and be resourceful. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. You pick up things fast and run with them

Handle the big picture, and the tiny details. You're organized and always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed. You also have an eye on the big picture and thrive by crafting new ways to grow our business

Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL

Analytical experience

Familiarity with and/or experience in Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, digital health, value-based care, and benefits design / medical claims management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high relationship quotient

Experience in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

Strong tactical leader, instilling confidence in their team colleagues, and clients

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$122,000 per year - USD$135,000 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$122,000 per year - USD$135,000 per year. For Miami, FL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$122,000 per year - USD$135,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$135,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$135,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$122,000 per year - USD$135,000 per year. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$135,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
