About this role:We are seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Commercial Banking Change Management Readiness organization within the Planning & Execution team. This team is responsible for intake review and analysis of Initiatives across the Commercial Banking organization along with building effective readiness plans to execute on key business priorities and programs.In this role, you will:

Lead readiness activities across business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives to execute effectively through communications, training, procedures, etc.

Serve in an intake role or capacity on behalf of Business Readiness & Execution to assess the implication of a new project or initiative.

Research moderate to complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require basic knowledge of organizational processes and strategy within the intake process to ensure connectedness for holistic view.

Work independently to make recommendations by providing support and driving execution with clear, concise readiness planning.

Drive the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and enhancements to the customer experience.

Collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross functional partners when developing readiness plans, and ensuring updates to procedures and effective training is performed for execution.

Align with project teams and operational leaders to provide consultative support and influential leadership toward successful change management planning including solution preparation, delivery to the field, and readiness activities of initiatives that are complex and strategic in nature.

Define and ensure development of change-related materials (training, communications, procedures) needed to support the implementation strategy and planning.

Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function.

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Influence, guide and lead less experienced readiness and execution staff within the group.

Required Qualifications, US:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Communicate effectively to audiences with varying levels of management.

Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving.

Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Drive successful execution of business initiatives; ability to plan, prioritize and deliver results.

Facilitate meetings, lead discussions, and present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple levels of business leaders and employees across the organization.

Work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.

Experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment.

Job Expectations:

Ability to work at one of the approved locations in the job posting.

Willingness to comply with our hybrid work model; working from a Wells Fargo facility at least three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.
