Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares and posts journal entries into the general ledger Reconciles bank accounts on a monthly basis Completes monthly balance sheet reconciliations Reviews, investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports Document and calculate accruals Creates and communicates external audit support to various auditors throughout the year Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis Performs all account receivable practices and procedures Performs all account payable practices and procedures Respond to vendor and customer communications in a timely manner. Assists with financial-related special projects as required Prepare and evaluate monthly Production and Commission reports.
