Property Related Services - Work Order Processors - Dallas (N)

Property related Services Work Order Processors will be responsible for reviewing task/work orders for a multitude of property related activities such as property preservation, inspections, maintenance, repairs, etc.  A large majority of these orders will include photos to ensure that all work was completed to client specifications and then forwarding the approved order to the government client within the specified timeframe allowed.  This work will be performed for single family homes (1-4 units) Real Estate Owned (REO) and custodial properties.  

Work Order Processors responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Initial review of raw reports and photos submitted by Field Inspectors/Vendors to ensure correct property has been inspected or work completed.

·         Ensure all required photos and information is included in each property report.

·         Follow up with inspectors/vendors on late or deficient reports.

·         Ensure on-time delivery of final accurate and complete reports to client.

·         Identifying property issues as seen in photos and reports and escalate to a supervisor for follow up with the client or corrective actions as necessary.

·         Coordinate with accounting department to ensure timely activation and deactivation of utilities, prompt payment of utility invoices,  and other services as needed.

·         Process vendor, utility, HOA, and all other invoices received to accounting.·          Excellent communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and a demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written forms and instant messaging environment with teammates.

·         Above average computer skills working in proprietary software environment                  ·         Ability to meet hard deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.                                ·         Attention to detail in photos, able to discern differences and potential property issues.
