Software Programmer/Analyst

Description Capture partner requirements and recommend the best solution utilizing current and new 3rd party software/packages and/or internal development Develop new custom solutions to fill gaps for current third-party solutions. Maintain current custom application and solutions. Utilize Internal and third-party APIs to complete systems integrations. Maintain current set of internal APIs and develop new APIs as needed Assist in the design of corporate solutions and data centralizations efforts Crystal Reports development: Responsible for identifying crystal report's needs, development, testing and report implementation Modify existing Crystal reports to fit developing business rules and requirements. Support, run and improve operational processes within association/event management software (Ungerboeck.) Administration task and issue resolution related to the association/event management software (Ungerboeck.) S/he will support and coordinate 3rd party solutions as well as websites that complement the Association/event Management System (Ungerboeck). Serve as the support person on systems to the accounting department relating to financial transaction and reporting process and the certification department on its systems support and ongoing improvements. Collaborate closely with managed services and vendors to ensure project execution and smooth operations Minimum of 3 years general IT related experience Excellent systems analytical and issue resolution skills and experience Experience in CRM and Association management solutions (Ungerboeck or similar) Experienced in creating console and full stack applications utilizing .net framework Database development and management experience. Proficient in SQL complex SQL queries/stored procedures Microsoft SQL Server (legacy and current versions databases) and PostgresSql (10.0 or above) Cloud services configuration and management experience (AWS - Amazon web services and/or Azure is a plus) SAP Crystal Reports design, development, deployment, and maintenance experience Validated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Collaborative demeanor with exceptional customer service skills/aptitude Non Profit organization.
