They should be engineers who think like founders, demonstrate self-initiative, take pride in their work, and want to build something great alongside people they like and trust.What you’ll do.You will work in an agile environment and be responsible for writing, testing and troubleshooting software, for communicating with and investing in your teammates and clients, and for consistently growing your skill set. You will estimate complexity, perform and participate in code reviews, explain technology decisions and hold a high bar for both personal and team quality. You will consider the security and maintainability impacts of each decision you make and contribute to the betterment of the software product.Skills you’ll have.You should have experience with modern software development technologies and environments, including object-oriented development, REST API design, relational database concepts, modern IDE experience, cloud experience, and modern DevOps toolsets. You should have familiarity working in an agile environment and demonstrated success with test driven development, automated regression testing, continuous delivery.
