Ability to develop construction schedules. Work with the project team to prepare schedules to be used for project progress tracking. Ensuring projects start off with the right information and any risk and delays are identified prior to construction and mitigated, when possible.

Advanced proficiency with P6 Scheduling Software. Coollaborate with Trade Partners and Vendors to ensure understanding of construction schedule needs. Identify constraints, and other considerations and their effect on the construction schedule. Analysis and studies of high risk areas to determine the criticality of scheduled activities

Assist in developing Master Project Schedule (MPS) to align with contract requirements. Ability to take on a leadership position and help mentor and train other schedulers. You will be largely responsible for client communication and deliverables
