Construction Accountant

Looking for a full time Accountant/Bookkeeper. It’s a full time position, onsite position 40 hours between 8-5 Monday to Friday. Need someone who is able to work in fast paced environment and perform multiple roles.

Duties include

1. Day to day Accounting duties.

2. Prepare Monthly reports.

3. Communicate (both written and oral) effectively to the Management and to customers.

4. May work with little or no formally released documentation with minimal supervision.

5. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in QuickBooks.

2. At least 2-3 years accounting experience.

3. Excellent Computer skills with Excel, MS word, Google suite , Pdf, PPT, etc

4. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

6. Must have a professional appearance and demeanor and have the ability to work well in a team environment

7. Need to Start ASAP
