What You’ll DoAs our Veterinary Practice Manager, you’ll help ensure the hospital operates efficiently while creating an environment where team members can thrive. Your responsibilities will include:Oversee daily veterinary hospital operations, workflows, policies, and proceduresLead, coach, mentor, and support team members while encouraging professional growthPartner with hospital leadership on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, retention, and staffing needsFoster a positive veterinary workplace built on communication, accountability, teamwork, and respectHelp resolve client concerns and maintain exceptional customer service standardsOversee inventory, purchasing, vendors, equipment, and other hospital resourcesSupport accurate payroll and administrative processesMaintain compliance with hospital policies, OSHA requirements, and controlled substance regulationsPartner with the veterinary team to support patient care coordination and client communicationEnsure accurate patient records and adherence to veterinary practice standardsSupport local marketing, community outreach, and initiatives that help grow the practiceIdentify opportunities to improve veterinary workflows, team efficiency, and the overall client and patient experience
