Lawn Service worker

I am looking for some help with my lawn business. Possibly someone to train to be a lead guy next year. I need someone that is fast paced, on time and that rarely misses work. As you know, the mowing season is coming to an end so I wont need you much for the next few months. But will definitely be needing you more starting in March. Have a few contracts with the city of port arthur and a few yards to do monthly during the winter but will be pretty slow. We also have other branches of the business that you could help out with during the winter if you're good help. We do a lot of handyman and remodel type of work and general maintenance on homes, buildings and apartments. We also have some fence work lined up. As far as the mowing part I need someone with experience. Must be able to weedeat quickly and well, use an edger, use a blower and drive a zero turn mower. This person could possibly be a lead guy next season. Just be a hard worker and honest! If you don't have a ride and live in PA area I may could pick you up. If you have a ride and a DL and are capable of pulling a trailer in the future that would be even better. Have a good positive attitude please! Pay is depending on experience. Thanks
