Carpenter to Build Handicap Ramp

I’m looking to hire someone to build my father a wheelchair ramp on the back stairs of his new house. The width of the stairs are 3’11” and 2’ high off the ground. Willing to pay for materials and labor - please provide pics of previous projects completed of a similar fashion. Also, please let me know what you anticipate charging for such a project.

Ideally I’d like the job started and completed within the next week.
