Now Hiring: Creative Carpenter / Builder

We’re expanding and looking for a skilled, creative carpenter to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on building, solving unique challenges, and working on projects that are never “cookie cutter,” this could be a great fit.

About the Work

We build custom motorhomes, trailers, and mobile businesses. Every project is different, which means you’ll be using your skills and creativity daily—designing solutions, adapting plans, and building custom pieces from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building & installing custom cabinetry and interior components

Framing, flooring, trim, tile, and detailed finish work

Problem-solving in real time as each build evolves

Collaborating with a small, skilled team to bring creative concepts to life

Taking pride in high-quality craftsmanship and thoughtful execution

What We’re Looking For

Strong general construction and finish-out experience

A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box

Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to produce quality work

Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team

Interested in consistent, long-term work

Position Details

Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (Fridays off)

All work completed at our shop — no travel required

Located near Dripping Springs / South Austin

Compensation based on experience

No RV or trailer experience required — solid construction skills and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
